The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development is currently undertaking a procurement process to select a Development Partner for the development of the Site. A Development Partner is expected to be confirmed and contracted in December 2023. Once this is completed the Developer will be in a position to engage with the community on the intended development. There is a requirement on the developer that at least 30% of the houses be social and/or affordable housing; both of which are needed in the community.
