COMMUNITY REIMAGING SPORT | AUGUST 2023

Mission-driven company based in Kerikeri, Kitted NZ is launching a campaign to get girls involved in designing welcoming public spaces.

The aim is to engage more girls and young women in the design of their sports and recreation facilities as their voices are often missing.

The campaign involves a series of workshops for girls and young women to reimagine these spaces and communicate their ideas.

The first workshop is for girls aged 11-16 who are members of Bay of Islands gymnastics and dance clubs. The workshop is being facilitated by Kerikeri Gymnastics Club President and Kitted NZ Founder, Jaime Pavlicevic.
